What I love about this quote, is this idea taps into the reality that everything is always changing. Everything! All the time! It's probably the only fact; everything is always changing. So that might mean there is truth or fact at the moment but truth or fact can change also. One of my favorite things to think about when it comes to truth or fact is the idea of up and down. Like here on earth we can all agree that up is up, down is down. But now put that fact of truth in the eyes of an astronaut in outer space and ask what is up or down and there is suddenly no truth or fact to it, it's ambiguous or perspective, in space there truly is no up or down. We often see this in health-related issues and topics. Doctors and scientists make claims about diseases or drugs with tons of evidence, and then in the future new information and evidence becomes available and the truth or facts change.
So I ask you what facts are you relating to as facts and unchanging or inflexible and how are those so-called facts holding you back, impacting you or leaving you feeling disempowered?
