Nico impromptu jumped in and hosted with no notice and not advanced prepped questions for Alex. Mind you this is his first time being on a podcast!
Nico asks Alex about the challenges he faced in 2020 and how he handled them, the wins and success, the lessons learned, and the gifts. They also deep dive into the results of Alex's one year as a vegan and what he found out from test results. Nico does a great job of getting Alex into vulnerable spaces around relationships, successes, and the hardships of 2020.
